2.3 Chromeleon Software
The Dionex AS-DV is controlled with a PC configured with Chromeleon 7
Chromatography Data System or Chromeleon 6.8 Chromatography Data System.
2.3.1 Software Control Modes
Two modes of software control are available: direct control and
automated control.

With direct control, you select operating parameters and commands
from the Dionex AS-DV ePanel on the Chromeleon 7 ePanel Set (see
Figure 2-13 ) or from the Control panel on the Chromeleon 6.8 panel
tabset (see Figure 2-13 ). Direct control commands are executed as
soon as they are entered.
