Servicing the 

spectrometer  

Some spectrometer components—including the detector, light 
source, laser module, electronics module and power supply—were 
designed so you can replace them yourself if they fail. 

 

Note

 

The diagnostics software will alert you to failing components. For 
instructions on diagnosing spectrometer problems, ordering parts and 
replacing parts, choose Spectrometer Help Topics from the Help 
menu.
