Confi g-line level
On confi g-line level the user is able to change terminal view settings. Confi g-line
level is activated by entering command line-console (or l c) on confi g level -->
“
IPx(config-line)#
” text appears on the screen. Entering ? displays a list of
commands for confi g-line level. To read device settings, the user must return to
enable level by entering command end (or en).
Commands:
end (en) - Back to enable level
exec-timeout (exe) [timeout in min] [timeout in sec] - Sets the exec timeout in
minutes and secunds
exit (ex) - Back to confi g level
no exec-timeout (n e) - Clears the exec timeout
no terminal length (n t l) - Disables text pausing
quit (q) - Back to confi g level
terminal length (t l) [number] - Number (0-512) of text lines on the screen.
0 for no pausing
