
Confi g-if level for data channels
On confi g-if level for data channel the user is able to change device’s data interface
settings. Confi g-if level for data channel is activated by entering command interface
datachannel [1/2/3] (or in d 1/2/3) on confi g level --> “

appears on the screen. Entering ? displays a list of commands for confi g-if level for
data channel. To read device settings, the user must return to enable level by
entering command end (or en).
Commands:
baudrate (b) [baudrate] - Set data channel’s baudrate to 1200 (12), 2400 (2),
4800 (4), 9600 (9), 1440 (14), 19200 (19), 38400 (3), 57600 (5) or 115200 (11)
channel-mode (c) [mode] - Set data channel service mode to client (c),
server (s) or virtual-bus (v)
databits (d) [5-9] - Set number of data bits per byte
end (en) - Back to enable level
exit (ex) - Back to confi g level
ip address (i a) [IP address] - Set destination IP address or multicast group
ip port (i p) [1024-65535] - Set IP port to receive/send data
ip time-to-live (i t) [1-255] - Set time-to-live (TTL) value
no ip (n i a) [IP address] - Clear destination IP address or multicast group
no shutdown (n s) - Enable data channel service
quit (q) - Back to confi g level
shutdown (sh) - Disable data channel service
signaling (si) [mode] - Set the signaling type to RS232 (rs-2), RS422 (rs-42),
RS485 (rs-485) or RS485-4wire (rs-485-)
stopbits (st) [1-2] - Set stop bits
