Generator Probes

Some of the TLA Pattern Generator probes require series termination resistors
to provide impedance matching for the pattern generator and the target system.
Determine the impedance matching for your application, and then refer to the

TLA7PG2 Probe Instruction Manual

Always power off the logic analyzer before connecting the pattern generator
probes to the logic analyzer and to the target system.

First Time Operation

Use the information in this section to turn on the logic analyzer for the

rst time.

CAUTION.

Connecting the accessories after turning on the logic analyzer may

damage the accessories. Connect accessories before applying power to the logic
analyzer.
