TLA Series Digitizing Oscilloscope Modules Service Manual
This procedure checks the DC accuracy for the internal and external trigger level
(DC coupled) of the DSO module.
SW test name TRIG_MAIN_ACC
Equipment
required Function generator (item 13)
Precision BNC cable (item 12)
Prerequisites Warm-up time: 30 minutes
The logic analyzer application is not running
The performance verification and adjustment software is loaded
Test equipment connected as shown in Figure 4--8
Power-up diagnostics pass
INTERNAL_CAL test passes

1.
Verify that all of the prerequisites listed previously are met for the procedure.
2.
Follow the on-screen instructions to run the test for the DSO module.
3.
Verify that all of the tests pass. If a test fails, check the Troubleshooting
section on page 4--12.
