Set oscilloscope offset to 0.0 V.

Set the DMM to DCV.

Press the REL (relative) button to Zero the
DMM.

Set the DC voltage source to +1.00 VDC
and enable the output.

Record the DMM measurement in the test
record.
13.
Set the DC voltage source to -1.00 VDC.
14.
Record the DMM measurement in the test
record.
NOTE.
An unacceptable error value may
result if a precision 50
Ω
termination is not
used for the recommended termination, or if
the oscilloscope offset is not set to zero.
15.
Leave the TekVPI Calibration/Veri
fi
cation
adapter and probe connected the
oscilloscope to keep the probe warm.
