The speci
fi
cations are valid under the following conditions:
The probe has been calibrated at an ambient temperature of 23 °C ±5 °C.
The probe is connected to a host instrument with an input impedance of 50
Ω
.
The probe and oscilloscope must have a warm-up period of at least 20 minutes and be in an environment that does not
exceed the limits described. (See Table 1.)
The Signal Path Compensation (SPC) has been run on the oscilloscope before testing the probe speci
fi
cations.
