Probe head assembly
The probe head is designed for ease of use
and high performance. Its small size makes it
easy to handle in tight areas.

The probe tip socket is sized to easily press
onto 0.025-inch pins for direct access.

The ground socket provides a short ground

The stabilization notch permits you to use
adjacent pins to reduce stresses on the
probe and pins.
