This command saves the active list fi le to a storage location in non-volatile
memory.

Arguments
<NR1>
is an integer in the range from 1 to 8, representing a list storage location.
Examples
LIST:SAV 4
saves the active list in list storage location 4.
[SOURce:]LIST:STEP
This command con fi gures the number of steps in the active list. The number of
steps must be con fi gured before loading the voltage levels, current levels, and/or
durations of the steps.

<NR1>
