Push open the anti-crushing guard (e) and
remove the 2 spacers (f) .

Insert a 10mm wrench (or a 10mm screw)
into the hole in the frame and into the
hole in the cam to facilitate the operations
that follow, as shown in the figure.
5. Back off the grub screw (g) using a 6mm wrench.
CAUTION: During the grub screw (g)
reassembly, is advisable to clean the
threads from the residues of Loctite,
using a M10 screw tap.
6. Remove the belt end-piece (h) from the cam and
remove the long belt.
To reassemble the components, follow the above
steps in reverse order, bearing in mind the note
below:
Check that the double pulleys are
ungreased at each intervention or use
Krytox GPL 205 grease.
CAUTION: Perform the adjustment
procedure as described in paragraph: 8.3.
“Adjusting the long belt”.
WARNING: Put on grease at the ends of
the terminals with Krytox GPL 205
grease, as described in paragraph: 8.5.
“Grease on long and short belts”.
