8.5. GREASE ON LONG AND SHORT BELTS

1. Raise the gasket (G) where present .

For EACH ends (A) and (B) of the belts:

Put some grease, Krytox GPL 205 , on all the
4 sides of the belt, indicated by yellow
arrows, in the area where it is connected to
the terminal, as shown at right.

Place the gasket (G) again on the terminal, if
previously removed.
CAUTION: Carry out this operation
whenever you service on the short and
long belts.
