5. Back off the screw (c) using a 6mm
hexagonal wrench, and clamping the nut (d)
on the opposite side with a 17mm wrench.

Release the lever (e) by removing the
connecting rod (f).

CAUTION: During reassembly, follow
the sequence indicated in the figure,
taking care to re-insert the spacers (f)
into their seats on either side of the
lever.

7. Back off the pin situated inside the lever,
using a 10mm hexagonal wrench on the
frame side, and using a pin wrench on the
opposite side.
Use an extension handle to exert
leverage, as shown in the figure at left.
