It is possible to set the calories for every exercise, with values ranging from 10 to 999. To change
the setting, when the display shows the current setting:

blink, press the
CLEAR
key to erase the current value and then enter one digit at a time using the
↑
and
↓
keys to change the value and the +/-
GOAL
keys to scroll to the next character.
