Warranty Explanation
CAUTION: Warranty is valid only if the parts are authorized Taylor parts, purchased from an authorized Taylor
distributor, and the required service work is provided by a Taylor service technician.
Note:
Taylor reserves the right to deny warranty claims on equipment or parts if unapproved parts or refrigerant were
installed in the machine, system modifications were performed beyond factory recommendations, or it is determined
that the failure was caused by neglect or abuse.
Class 103 Parts:
The warranty for new equipment parts is one year from the original date of unit
installation, with a replacement parts warranty of three months.
Class 212 Parts:
The warranty for new equipment parts is two years from the original date of unit
installation, with a replacement parts warranty of twelve months.
Class 312 Parts:
The warranty for new equipment parts is three years from the original date of
unit installation, with a replacement parts warranty of twelve months.
Class 000 Parts:
Wear items—No warranty.
