User Menu
The control interface can store up to 75 active menu
items. If there are more than 13 active menu items
programmed, press the NEXT and PREVIOUS keys to
scroll through the menu item pages.
To view the settings for a menu item, press and hold the
menu item key for 5 seconds during a Cook cycle, Idle
mode, or Standby mode.

The control will display the cook times, gap settings, and
temperature set points for that menu item and the current
temperatures for each heat zone.

Press the EXIT key to return to the User Menu. The
control will automatically return to the User Menu if no
keys are pressed within 20 seconds.
Press the CLEAN key to put the grill into the Clean mode.
The Clean mode sets the upper platen and lower cook
surface temperatures at 325°F (162.8°C).

The control will display READY TO CLEAN, and an alert
will sound when the grill has reached the set
temperature.
Temperature Status
At the bottom of the control, there is a set of
diamond-shaped icons that indicate the heater status for
each cook zone.
•
If the icon is white, the heater is off for that
zone.
•
If the icon is amber, the heater is on for that
zone.
•
If the icon is green, the heater is at the required
set point.
•
If the icon is red, the heater is 79°F (26°C)
above the required set point.
