If you cannot resolve a technical problem with the LP-E
Card, contact Targus' technical support department. Before
contacting Targus, have the following information available:

Serial number of your LP-E Card
❖
Operating system information for your:

Mobile computer (e.g., Windows CE v2.11)
•
Partner PC, if any (e.g., Windows 98)
❖
Brand name and model number of your mobile
computer
❖
The CPU type and speed of your host PC, if any
❖
How you know that your LP-E Card is not working
properly and what you did to try to correct the problem
