Chapter

Software Installation

For all models there are two methods to install the required software.

METHOD A: Install Software Using the Installation CD

Place the Installation CD into the computer and the CD automatically runs through all

the required steps to properly install the required software for the printer. When the

installation is complete, proceed to Chapter 4 of this User’s Guide.

METHOD B: Install Software Using the Web Site

Our web site (

http://jadmin.dascom.com

) will be permanently updated with the newest

version of software and documentation. You are able to find the following data:

Printer driver.

Install the printer driver software.

Administrator Tool.

Install the Administrator configuration software.

Java

Runtime Environment (automatically installed).
