Sharing the Printer on a Network

ASSUMPTION

: It is assumed that the printer is connected to a local machine

already on a network.

Locate the appropriate Driver in the Windows Printers folder.

Right-click on the driver and select

Properties

Click on the

Sharing

tab.

Select

Share

this printer

and give the printer a Share name.

Once a share name has been typed, click

Apply
