Configuring “Comfort Pro FMC” Software
System telephony features (e. g. enquiry, forwarding) can be conveniently used on the mobile telephone
(FMC telephone) when you install the “Comfort Pro FMC” software on the device. Comparable to a system
terminal, this makes many features available on the mobile telephone via a separate menu. The “Comfort Pro
FMC” software runs under Symbian, a widespread operating system for mobile telephones.
Specific
models by the manufacturers LG, Nokia, RIM and Samsung
are supported.

0900 1 770022 . The call costs 1.24 EUR per minute for a call from the fixed line network. Different rates apply
for calls from mobile phones.
1. You need an activation key to be able to configure the Comfort Pro L GSM Integration (FMC)
programme package and use the “Comfort Pro FMC” software in your Comfort Pro S. The licence
confirmation you received with the programme package contains detailed information.
2. In the Configurator’s System: Licences menu, enter the activation key for the Comfort Pro L GSM
Integration (FMC) programme package. This activates the package.
3. Then save the Comfort Pro S configuration. The activation key is then also saved in the configuration file.
In the event of servicing, after resetting the system’s hardware for example, you can reimport this
configuration file and the programme package is then reactivated.
4. Installation, settings and licensing of the “Comfort Pro FMC” software are managed on an internet-based
configuration platform. For each FMC telephone an entry is created on this configuration platform. This
entry includes the FMC call number of the Comfort Pro S communications system and the mobile call
number of the FMC telephone. The following table explains the various settings.
