Intel AMT setup and configuration process
The setup and configuration goes through the following steps:

An initialized Intel AMT device on the client computer requests an IP address
from a DHCP server.

The Intel AMT device performs a DNS lookup for ProvisionServer to find the
configuration server (OOB site server).
If there is no ProvisionServer record in the DNS, and you are not authorized
to add DNS records, you can manually type the IP address of the configuration
server into the Intel AMT computer's MEBx.

The Intel AMT device sends a TCP/IP Hello message to the configuration
server.
If for some reason the configuration server is unavailable for more than six
hours, the device stops sending messages.

Based on the UUID that is located in the Hello message, Out of Band
Management Component searches the Intel SCS database for the configuration
profile and the host name that you assigned to this Intel AMT device.
