(Optional) By default, the policy is configured to run on all Windows
computers, which the Out of Band Discovery policy has detected as
out-of-band capable. If you want to run the policy on a different set of
computers, under Applied to, change the resource targets.

Turn on the policy.
To turn on the policy, at the upper right of the page, click the colored circle,
and then click On.
