First, perform procedure on page 3-4, “Removing the Rear
Panel” prior to performing the following steps.

Remove the top cover by sliding the cover back “slightly”
towards the rear of the unit (see Figure 1).

Lift the top up and away from the unit—starting from the
back (see Figure 2). Remove cover and set aside.

WARNING
Electrical Shock Hazard
Disconnect power before servicing.
Failure to do so can result in death or
electrical shock.
Replace all parts and panels before operating.
4.
Using a 1/4” socket, remove the six (6) screws (3 on each
side) securing the control housing to the unit (see Figure 3).

Remove harness shield from back of the control housing
(see Figure 4).

Remove control housing and set aside (see Figure 5).
