1) Check the continuity between “19” (B/Y) on the ABS
control unit coupler and “D” (B/Y) on the rear wheel
speed sensor coupler.

(A): 09900–25008 (Multi-circuit tester set)
(B): 09900–25009 (Needle pointed probe set)

Go to Step 8.
Inspect the wire
harness. (Faulty B/Y
wire)

1) Connect the rear wheel speed sensor coupler.
2) Connect three 1.5 V dry cells “a” in series as shown and
make sure that their total voltage is more than 4.5 V.
Measure the current between (+) dry cell terminal and
“7” (B/Y) on the ABS control unit coupler.
