• Apply a small quantity of THREAD LOCK “1342” to the speed
sensor rotor bolt.

• Before installing the engine sprocket cover, apply a small quan-
tity of SUZUKI SUPER GREASE “A” to the clutch release
mechanism.

99000-25010: SUZUKI SUPER GREASE “A”
• Install the spark plug caps onto the spark plugs. Make sure that
each spark plug cap is installed in the correct location.
The number on each spark plug cord refers to the appropriate
cylinder.
• Position the carburetor clamps as shown.
