Using KIMvoice
Obtaining an Update Code from KIMvoice
In the SUPRA system, your eKEY expires and is not usable if you
forget to eSYNC. Use one of the following methods to obtain an
update code to reactivate your eKEY:

Call KIMvoice and select the update code option. Follow the steps
in the following table to carry out the KIMvoice update option.

Log onto the agent website to get an update code. See Logging onto
the Agent Website in Chapter 7 for instructions on accessing
KIMnet.
!
Perform a manual eSYNC. See Manual eSYNC in Chapter 4 to
complete this option.
Important!
If you obtain an update code from either KIMvoice or
KIMweb, you must eSYNC before you can obtain an
update code a second consecutive day from KIMvoice or
KIMweb.
