Note
: The number of listings in your market area changes over time
as listings are added and deleted. If the number of listings in
your market area increases to a point where it is too large for
your eKEY, you will receive a message on your eKEY warning
you to narrow your market area before performing another
eSYNC. You are directed to log on to KIMweb to re-select your
market area criteria.
4. You can continue making changes to your market area until the
number of listings is below the maximum number allowed or until
you are satisfied with your selections. Once your market area is
defined on KIMweb, the listings in your market area can be
transferred to your eKEY.
Transfer listings to your
e
KEY
Once you have saved your Market Area, perform a manual eSYNC to
transfer the listing data to your eKEY. During the manual eSYNC the
listing records that match your selected criteria will be delivered to
your eKEY. Every night thereafter, during the eSYNC process, your
eKEY will receive new listings as well as updates to the existing
listings that match your personalized Market Area.
KIMweb can deliver to your eKEY an accumulation of three days of
changes to the listing database. If you miss more than three
consecutive days of eSYNCs, simply perform a manual eSYNC.
During a manual eSYNC, a complete listing database for your market
area is delivered to your eKEY.
