Using KIMweb
Setting KeyBox Assignments
In order for KeyBox showing activity to be delivered to your eKEY
during each eSYNC, you must first identify the KeyBoxes you want to
be included in KeyBox reports and which ones you want included in
each eSYNC.
Important!
You will not receive information about who has visited
your listings until you first identify your KeyBoxes in
KIMweb.
Maintaining KeyBox assignments
To set up your KeyBox assignments, log on to the agent website (see
Logging on to the Agent Website) and click the
Maintain
link in the
Assignments section on the Welcome page.
The Maintain screen in the Assignments link enables you to:

Designate which of your KeyBoxes you want included in the
nightly eSYNC and KeyBox Reports. Select a maximum of 50
KeyBoxes to be included in the nightly eSYNC and an unlimited
number of KeyBoxes for KeyBox Reports. The last 14 days of
showing activity is downloaded during eSYNC.

Assign KeyBoxes to listing IDs

Remove KeyBoxes from listing IDs
Viewing KeyBox assignments
The View link in the Assignments section of the Welcome screen,
allows you to view the following information about your KeyBoxes:

KeyBox serial numbers
!
Shackle codes
!
KeyBoxes to be included in reports
!
KeyBoxes to be included in eSYNC
!
Listings assigned to your KeyBoxes
!
Addresses of your KeyBox listings
