Removing the Mid-Plane
In unusual case that the mid-plane must be removed:
1. Power down as described in Section 3.1 and remove the chassis top cover.
2. Remove all trays from the rear of the chassis as described in Section 3.2.
3. Remove all fans and storage drives from the front of the chassis as described in this
section.
4. Remove the Control Panel assembly from the front of the chassis by loosening the two
screws.
5. Lift out the mid-plane.
