Indicates network activity on LAN port 1 when flashing

Unit ID LED
Solid blue indicates UID has been activated locally.
Blinking blue indicates UID has been activated using IPMI to locate
the server in a rack environment.

Turns off the UID indicators

Blinking at 1 Hz indicates BMC is on
