Annex 1 - SMA Sunny Island Inverter
connection with Li.ONESS
Electrical connection
•
Connect the positive (+) cable from Power unit
(inverter) to SMA (+) DC terminal.
•
Connect the negative (-) cable from Power unit
(inverter) to SMA (-) DC terminal.
Note
DO NOT CONNECT INVERTER WITH ANY
OTHER EXTERNAL SOURCE (GRID, GENERATOR)
OR ANY OTHER LOAD (AC1 and AC2 IS NOT
CONNECTED ANYWHERE)
Communication connection
After the installation of the power cables of the
inverter, connect the module’s communication
cable to the inverter.
