OVEN FEATURES
Dehydration Feature
This feature allows for slow drying out of food for
preservation and other cooking uses.
Dehydration Feature Usage:
Optional accessory package, not supplied with the
•
unit must be used.
Preheat is not necessary for Dehydration feature.
•
Dehydration is between 110°F - 150°F (45°C -
•
65°C).
To initiate the Dehydration Feature (See Figure 2-19):
Turn oven knob assembly to

Turn selector knob to left until “dEH” shows in the

selector knob display window.
Dehydration pre-set temperature is 110°F (45°C).

After “deH” is displayed release the selector knob.
Turn selector knob left or right to desired dehydra-

tion temperature
To exit Dehydration, turn knob assembly to OFF.

Proof Feature
This feature uses a combination of Broil, Convection
and Bake elements to heat and balance the tempera-
ture.
The oven does not allow the temperature to be set
•
above 110°F (43.3°C).
If the oven temperature is above 130°F(55°C),
•
“HOT” is indicated on the control panel. The oven
door should be opened to allow the oven to cool
down below 120°F (50°C) to prevent the destruction
of the yeast.
Oven temperature is preset at 85°F (29°C).
•
The temperature display alternates between set
•
temperature and "PrF".
To initiate PROOF Feature, the oven must be OFF.
Place dough in oven-safe dish in the oven (See Figure
2-20).
Turn knob assembly to BAKE.

Turn oven selector to the left until “PrF” shows on
2
the oven selector knob display. Release the knob,
then quickly turn knob to the left or right and
release to initiate PROOF.
To change the temperature from 85°F (29°C), turn

selector knob to the right to increase the oven tem-
perature. Press ENTER on the display panel or
oven turns on after 2 seconds by default.
To exit Proof, turn knob assembly to OFF.
