ROAST
Convection Roast Mode
Heat from both convection fans, plus some heat
from the broil element, intensifies the convective and
radiant heating in this mode.
Convection Roast Mode Usage:
Always preheat for Convection Roast mode. •
The temperature display alternates between the set •
point and actual oven temperatures during preheat.
Oven chimes when oven preheat temperature has
•
been achieved.
Temperature probe may be used in this mode.
•
Timer function may be used during this mode. •
Temperatures below 150°F (65°C) are displayed by •
the word "Lo" in the oven knob display window dur-
ing preheat.
To initiate Convection Roast Mode (See Figure 2-17):
Turn oven knob assembly to 1
Twist the selector knob to energize the unit. 2
Temperature is preset at 325°F (160°C). 3
Adjust oven temperature by turning the selector knob 4
to the right to increase oven temperature or to the left
to decrease. Oven turns on after 2 seconds or press
ENTER key.
To exit Convection Roast Mode, turn knob assem- 5
bly to OFF.
Roast Mode
Both bake and broil elements are used to heat and
cycle to maintain temperature.

Turn oven knob assembly to ROAST. 1
Twist the selector knob to energize the unit. 2
Temperature is preset at 350°F (175°C). 3
Adjust oven temperature by turning the selector knob 4
to the right to increase oven temperature or to the left
to decrease. Oven turns on after 2 seconds or press
ENTER key.
To exit Roast Mode, turn knob assembly to OFF. 5
