COOKING MODES
The induction range oven has multiple cooking modes, each
dedicated to give the best results for a specific kind of cook-
ing. Most oven modes have a temperature setting of 170°F
(75°C) to 550°F (290°C). The exception is Broil, Convection
Broil and Proof mode.
NOTE
: Oven shuts off 12 hrs after last control change
except in Sabbath Mode.
Bake Mode
Both the hidden bake element and broil element are used to
heat the air and cycle to maintain temperature.
Bake Mode Usage:
Always preheat for Bake mode.

The temperature display alternates between the set
•
point and actual oven temperatures during preheat.
Oven chimes when oven preheat temperature has been
•
achieved.
Temperature probe may be used in this mode.
•
Timer function may be used during this mode.
•
Temperatures below 150°F (65°C) are displayed by the
•
word "Lo" in the oven knob display window during pre-
heat.
To initiate the Bake Mode (See Figure 2-11):
Turn knob assembly to BAKE.

Twist the selector knob to energize the unit.

Temperature is preset to 350°F (175°C).

Adjust oven temperature by turning the selector knob to

the right to increase oven temperature or to the left to
decrease. Oven turns on after 2 seconds or press
ENTER key.
To exit Bake Mode, turn knob assembly to OFF.

Stone Mode
A specially designed rack is used for this mode to produce a
an environment necessary for baking on a ceramic stone.
Stone Mode Usage:
Always preheat 25 minutes for Stone mode.

achieved.
The temperature display alternates between set and

actual oven temperatures during preheat.
Temperature probe may be used in this mode.

Timer function may be used during this mode.

To initiate Stone Mode (See Figure 2-12):
Turn the knob assembly to STONE.

Temperature is preset at 400°F (205°C).

Adjust oven temperature by turning the selector knob to

the right to increase oven temperature or to the left to
decrease. Oven turns on after 2 seconds or press
ENTER key.
To exit Stone Mode, turn the knob assembly to OFF.
