COLLET INSERTION, HOSE, AND HOSE STOP INSTALLATION
1. Remove Quick Release Pin and pull the Collet out of the Block.
2. Insert waterblast tool on high pressure hose, through the ABX-PRO Tractor and Collet Block Assembly. Be sure the waterblast tool and
hose end pass the location of the Collet.
Guide tube is shown translucent for clarity
3. Select the appropriate Collet size for the diameter of the hose. (See “Recommended Collets For Common Hose Sizes” plaque on the side
plate of the ABX-PRO Tractor or the side of the vertical carriage on the Lightweight Positioner.)
4. Install the Collet and Quick Release Pin.
5. Pull on the hose from the back of the ABX-PRO Tractor to ensure that the Collet does not allow the waterblast tool to back out of the
Guide or the ABX-PRO Tractor.
6. To install hose stops, push tool through until the tips are 1-2”
(25-51 mm) past the end of the tube bundle. Loosely install the stop, then push toward the mounting bracket and tighten in place.
