ABX-PRO TRACTOR ON LWP-500-V2 POSITIONER SET-UP
ATTACH ABX-PRO TRACTOR TO GUIDE ASSEMBLY AND LIGHTWEIGHT POSITIONER
1. Select an appropriate size Guide Tube from the chart located in the “Part Diagram” section of this manual. Install Guide Tube into
the Collet Block on the Guide Assembly by loosening the 4 screws with a 1/4” Allen Wrench. Insert the Guide tube and tighten the 4
screws on the Collet Block Cap.
2. Using a 9/16 in. wrench, loosen all four rail clamp bolts located on the vertical carriage. Install the Guide Assembly into the rail clamps
and adjust position until the Guide Tubes are approximately 1/2 in. (13 mm) away from the tube sheet face. Tighten the four rail clamp
bolts.
3. Loosen the 2 screws on the Collet Block with a 1/4” Allen Wrench and slide the Guide on the Tractor into the Collet Block Cap. Tighten
the two screws on Collet Block Cap until secure.
4. Rotate the pull rings on the BOP 048 Female Camlock to align with the notches on the ABX-PRO Tractor Guide. Slide the BOP 048
Female Camlock onto the ABX-PRO Tractor Guide and secure in place.
