Service plan
Regular servicing at least every 6 months or after 1000 operating hours
Load lift system
Check the function and condition of the stops and limit stop*.
Check the mounting of the lift cylinder.
Visually check the bearing points on the lift cylinder and their welded seams.
Check the condition, lubrication and voltage of the main lift load chains, and check for damage.
Check the condition, lubrication and voltage of the auxiliary lift load chains, and check for damage.
Lubricate the load chains with chain spray.
Check the chain rollers for ease of movement.
Check the surfaces of the treads in the lift mast for wear.
Lubricate the surfaces of the treads in the lift mast with grease.
Lubricate the lift mast rollers with all-purpose grease. If necessary, install lubricating nipples.
Check the condition and setting of the lift mast rollers.
Check lateral clearance of the guide elements.
Lubricate the guide elements with all-purpose grease.
Check the condition of the fork arms and proper operation of the locking mechanism.
Visually check the load forks for bends, measure if necessary.
If you suspect there are cracks on the load fork, check using the colour penetration procedure.
Lubricate the sliding surfaces of the adjustable fork with all-purpose grease.
Regular servicing at least every 12 months or after 2000 operating hours
At least once a year:
Regular testing according to the manufacturer's specifications
The regular testing must be performed by a specialist.
Observe additional national regulations for your country.
Gearbox
Gearbox: first oil change after 1000 operating hours and every 2000 operating hours thereafter.
Hydraulics
Change the oil in the hydraulic system.
Load lift system
Check the condition, lubrication and voltage of the main lift load chains, and check for wear,
elongation and damage.
