Service plan
Note for service work
Specialist knowledge and special tools are required for service work.
Contact service partner.
NOTE
Depending on the version of the industrial
truck, additional service activities may be
required or others may be unnecessary. If
further service activities are required due
to optional features, they are detailed in the
corresponding additional documentation.
Preparatory tasks
Clean the industrial truck or have it cleaned by the operating company.
Nameplate: identify the industrial truck.
Controller: read out the operating hours.
Regular servicing at least every 6 months or after 1000 operating hours
Gearbox
Check the gearbox for noise and leakages.
Check the oil level in the gearbox and top up if necessary.
Gearbox: first oil change after 1000 operating hours and every 2000 operating hours thereafter
Drive unit: check the tightness of the screw connection to the chassis (ensure the appropriate
torque).
Check the traction motor bearings for operating noise.
Chassis, bodywork and fittings
Check and lubricate the bearing points and joints.
Check that all doors, flaps and covers are in correct working order.
Check the mounting and condition of the doors, flaps and covers.
Lubricate all moving parts with a suitable lubricant.
Overhead guard: visually check welded seams; use the colour penetration procedure if you sus-
pect there are cracks.
Visually check the overhead guard for damage and deformations.
Check the function and condition of the rail switches.
Support screws in the chassis: check the setting according to the specifications on the nameplate.
Adjust as necessary.
