Service plan
Regular servicing at least every 6 months or after 1000 operating hours
Determine the wear on the support block in the chassis. If necessary, arrange for welding repair
work.
Check the battery door and battery hood and adjust as required.
Lubricate the battery door and battery hood.
Battery compartment: check the function and condition of the battery lock.
Battery compartment: check the monitoring switch of the battery lock for condition and function.
Chassis frame
Check the condition of the drive wheel and check for wear and any foreign objects.
Check the drive wheel, wheel nuts, wheel screws and binding for secure attachment.
Check the condition and mounting of the load wheels and check for wear and any foreign objects.
Check the load wheels for ease of movement.
Check the condition of the antistatic belt and antistatic chain.
Steering system
Perform a functional check of the steering outside the aisle.
Check the steering angle (>90° on both sides).
Steering: check straight line travel.
Lubricate the steering gears with all-purpose grease.
MZF: function check.
IZF: check for central positioning and accuracy of the guidance in relation to the guide wire.
Steering angle measurement: check the level of play and the condition.
Check the steering knob and steering wheel for ease of movement; do not lubricate.
Check the live ring bearing for ease of movement and wear.
Live ring bearings: check the play of the gears.
Check the steering motor bearings for operating noise.
Brake system
Check the service brake for correct operation.
Check the reverse brake for correct operation.
Drive unit: check the condition and thickness of the brake lining. Replace if necessary.
Load wheels: check the brake clearance by freewheeling.
Load wheels: check the condition and thickness of the brake lining. Replace if necessary.
Blow out abrasion debris in the brake lining with oil-free air.
