Loading
To fix the truck safely on a loading surface
for transport, a total of 8 wooden wedges and
a suitable tension belts must be used. Two
of the wooden blocks must be placed each
at the front and back of the truck, and the
others in pairs on the right and left of the truck.
The tension belts must be guided above the
battery compartment around the supports in
order to firmly tension the truck on the loading
surface. To do this, remove the lid of the
battery compartment. In the case of trucks
with high masts, these must be additionally
secured at the side with belts.
Mast bracing
Mast bracings may be required depending on
the configuration of the high-level order picker.
Once the mast bracing has been installed,
it must be adjusted according to factory
specifications and tightened to the specified
torques.
The mounting locations are marked with
labels. These labels specify the torques of
50 Nm and 195 Nm .
