Utilisation des instructions de montage et de câblage

Groupe cible : personnel autorisé et compétent.

Toutes les manipulations décrites dans cette notice d‘installation ne 

doivent être effectuées que par du personnel formé et autorisé par la 

société exploitante. 

1.  Lire et comprendre les instructions de montage et de câblage.

2.  Respecter les règles de sécurité et de prévention des accidents  

en vigueur.

3.  Installer l’appareil et le mettre en service.

La sélection et l’installation des appareils et leurs intégrations dans 

les systèmes de commande exigent une connaissance approfondie  

de toutes les lois pertinentes, ainsi que des exigences normatives du  

fabricant de la machine.En cas de doute, la version allemande fait  

référence.

Utilisation conforme

L’appareil est constitué essentiellement de deux parties: l’alimentation 

en énergie par pile lithium et la partie radio avec interface intégrée 

pour la technologie des capteurs. L’alimentation en énergie est fournie 

par une pile 3,6 V au lithium-chlorure de thionyle non rechargeable. 

Quand la valeur seuil est dépassée, une émission est déclenchée par 

l’unité radio. Avec chaque émission, l’état de tension de la pile est 

également transmis. Le récepteur doit prendre en charge le protocole 

sWave® des modules steute.

After successful adjustment replace the enclosure cover and tighten 

the cover screws with approx. 0.45 Nm. The sealing must not be con-

taminated by any foreign bodies. 

Teaching in of sensor at receiver

-  Activate teach-in mode on receiver. For assistance see wiring and 

assembly instructions of individual receiver.

-  Activate teach-in mode on sensor through slow sequence: cover sen-

sor window for 5 secs, remove cover and leave uncovered for 5 secs. 

The sensor is now in teach-in mode.

-  Teach in sensor through rapid sequence: actuate rapidly within  

2.5 secs, e.g. cover sensor for 1 sec, uncover, repeat.

-  Exit teach-in mode on receiver.

Battery

 

The remaining capacity of a battery is hard to evaluate, but an empty 

battery can be assumed in case of doubt and with a battery voltage 

<3.4 V at 20°C. In order to ensure reliable functioning, the battery must 

be replaced. To do this, the 5 screws in the housing cover must be 

opened using a torx-8 screwdriver. The battery should be inserted in 

the direction shown by the symbols on the cover. Use only the desig-

nated battery type or a complementary battery type. Depending on the 

country the device is supplied to, delivery will include an AA lithium 

battery SL-760/3.6 V/2.2 Ah in a battery adapter, or a lithium battery 

SL-2770/3.6 V/8.5 Ah without an adapter or a complementary  

battery type.
