Departments
4 Double click the Department required and the call will be made.
5 The Call Status screen will appear displaying the extension and Department
you are ringing and your details.
To exit from the Departments Directory select the Exit icon or press
Esc
.
Transfer a Call via the Department Directory
1 Select the Look Up icon.
2 Select the Departments icon.
3 Select the Department required then select the Dial icon or press
Enter
.

4 The original call will be placed on hold and the new call will be made.
5 Select the Transfer icon or press
Enter
when ready.

Using a Web Page with a Department
A Department can be configured so that a web page relevant to that Department can be viewed
when you make a call to and/or receive a call for a Department. The web page can be displayed
either by the press of a button when you choose or automatically before a Department call is
