Configuration

Remove a Do Not Disturb Exception Number

1 Select the User Preferences icon.

2 Select the DND Exceptions tab.

3 Select the number to be removed.

Select

Del.

Select

OK.

When you turn off Do Not Disturb you do not need to delete your Exception numbers at the
same time. These numbers can stay in the list to be used next time you turn on Do Not Disturb.

Entering Further Numbers

Your home and mobile number can be entered on the telephone system as follows:

1 Select the User Preferences icon.

2 Select the Numbers tab.

3 Enter your Home and/or Mobile number in the relevant field.
