Vane Pump Replacement

Remove the front cover of the pump control
module. Leave filters attached.

Loosen the V band clamp until the pump head can
be removed. The suction and inlet hoses will
come out with it. Remove the green bonding wire
from the stud on the pump body.

Loosen the hose clamp at the up-
per end of the suction hose

Loosen the Compression nut on the feed wa-
ter inlet tube at the 20 micron filter and dis-
connect the tube.
