firmware
RXT-150 software that may also be copied to and stored on
a RXT media pack. Firmware can be updated through the
RXT-150’s Web server or through the display on the front
of the RXT-150.

host
The computer system to which the RXT-150 is connected.

IP
Internet Protocol.
IP address
An IP designation that the RXT-150 uses when accessed
remotely over the Internet or through an intranet.
M
Mb/sec
Megabits per second, a measure of data transfer speed.
MB/sec
Megabytes per second, a measure of data transfer speed.
O
operator
A type of user with only limited access to RXT-150
operations. The operator can load and unload media,
perform load/unload diagnostics, collect traces and debug
files, view messages, and change the operator password.
P
package
A collection of firmware files that are bundled together to
simplify the installation of firmware upgrades.
