Standard Repair Service
The standard return-to-factory service supplied with the standard warranty, as it
applies to the United States and the European Union, includes telephone access to a
technical support representative from Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, 8:00
a.m. to 5:00 p.m. local time.
Advanced Service Options
You may wish to purchase more advanced service options that go above and beyond
the standard one-year return-to-factory warranty that is provided with the RXT-150.
The following options are available in the United States and the European Union. For
more information about these options, contact SpectraGuard Support or check
www.SpectraLogic.com.
Four-Hour On-Site Service
Telephone Support
Toll free (US and Canada) access to a Spectra Logic support
representative 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
On-site Support
Guaranteed four-hour on-site service visit from a field service
representative as needed, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
Next Business Day Replacement Service
Telephone Support
Toll free (US and Canada) access to a Spectra Logic support
representative Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. local
time.
Hardware Replacement
Upon verification that the unit requires repair, a replacement
unit will be shipped the same day for delivery the next business day. Confirmation that
Spectra Logic hardware requires repair must be established by 2:30 p.m. MST for next
day delivery. All replacement components are shipped to the customer. Spectra Logic is
available during the hours listed for telephone support to assist with the installation of
replacement components if needed.
