D.CK Double-ended contact check parameter setting
It is valid to connect multi-channel scan box.
D.CK Function: Is the two test leads with two scan ports connected reliably? Generally connected to
the same pin of the DUT, it can only be used with the scan controller.
The setting interface is as follows:

Description:

The actual current is related to the internal resistance of the test loop. The default is the preferred
configuration

The test status is DC power open loop mode, setting parameters and test values are for reference
only

Can only achieve 1 pair of high and low end test at a time, after the test is over, the instrument
will automatically perform a rapid discharge of 0.2 seconds.
