Starting a Multipoint Videoconference
To delete the
mark from the name list, press the
button again, or press the
ENTER button to open the submenu, press the
V
or
v
button to select “
Off”,
then press the ENTER button.

Select one of the remote parties with the
mark.

Press the CONNECT/DISCONNECT (
/
) button on the Remote
Commander, or press the ENTER button to open the submenu, press the
V
or
v
button to select “
Dial”, then press the ENTER button.
The system begins dialing the number of the remote party with the
marks.
“
Dialing” appears on the display.
When the system connects to all the parties, the message “Meeting starts!”
appears on the display.
To call the second and other remote parties
When you press the CONNECT/DISCONNECT (
/
) button on the
Remote Commander, the submenu appears. Select a remote party from the
One Touch Dial list, or select “Phone Book” to open the Phone Book or
“Detailed Dial” to open the List Edit menu and select the remote party
depending on the registration status of each remote party.
Basic operations are the same as those for starting a point-to-point conference.
