7.4.2 Cabling battery modules
Correct cabling is also inspected by the battery conguration test of the DC circuit
and the cabling of the BMS communication lines. If the test is not successful, the
following messages can appear:
•
„Check battery module communication cables and addresses!“
•
„Check DC cabling of battery modules!“
Proceed as follows if one of these errors is indicated:
►
Shut down storage system.
►
Make sure all DC leads are correctly connected to the battery modules.
►
Make sure all communication leads are correctly connected to the battery
modules.
7.4.3 Number of battery modules
The following error message appears if the wrong number of battery modules is
installed:
• „Unsupported number of battery modules!“
Damage to storage system by connecting wrong number of battery
modules!
The storage system is intended for connection of 1 to 8 battery modules.
Operating it with more battery modules is not possible.

Make sure the correct number of battery modules are connected.
7.5 Commissioning report
The operator receives a copy of the fully completed startup report from the certied
tter, who keeps the original.
As the operator note the following:

Keep your copy of the startup report.
As the electricisn note the following:
►
Send a further copy of the fully completed startup report within 5 working days
to sonnen GmbH.
The startup report ready for completion is attached to these operation and
installation instructions.
