Repair And Replacement Procedures

Warning 

• Once the airbag is activated, the airbag module will not 

work again and must be replaced. The airbag module must 
be replaced by a service centre authorised by DFSK and the 
airbag module can not be repaired after use.

• If the front of the vehicle is damaged in any way, all the 

airbag systems must be inspected by DFSK authorised service 
outlets.

• When your car is sold, we require that you inform the 

purchaser of the function of the airbag system and explain to 
the purchaser the relevant parts of this manual.

When you need to scrap SRS airbags, pre-tightened seat belts or 
vehicle, please contact the nearest DFSK Service Dealer. 

Incorrect scrapping procedures can result in personal injury.
Airbags and pre-tightened seat belts are designed for single-
use use. After the airbag has been activated, the airbag warning 

light will remain lit even if there is no damage. Maintenance 

and replacement of airbags should be made through DFSK 
authorised service outlets. When your car needs maintenance, it 
is necessary to inform the maintenance personnel of the airbag 
system, the pretensioned safety belt and related parts.
